I kept meaning to make an appointment for an exam, but kept forgetting. Then, I'd receive a reminder text or email. It was a big help. My doctor is very kind and helpful. The only complaint I have is that they don't take EyeMed insurance. Kind of a bummer, because it would be so convenient to purchase eyeglasses from them. ”
